Our policy is that you pay in full at the time of booking.
A booking once accepted is a legal commitment. In the event of a cancellation being made within the 7 days before the day of arrival we will charge the whole amount of the booking as a cancellation charge. In the event of a cancellation being made more than 7 days we will refund 50% of the booking. We will only accept cancellations by email to email@example.com. Once a booking has been confirmed any request to change the date of the stay will be treated as a cancellation and the new date will be treated as a new booking to which this cancellation policy will apply. If at any stage we cancel the booking we will refund any monies taken or if required will try to make acceptable alternative arrangements but will not be liable for any amount greater than the value of the booking. It is recommended that customers should consider taking out travel insurance.
