Our menus is packed full of flavours, celebrating the finest local Northumbrian produce. From hearty breakfasts to aromatic coffee paired with scrumptious cakes, or the promise of a mouthwatering lunch, our offerings cater to every craving.
From 5.30pm we offer a bistro style menu with simple yet delicious dishes full of flavour and quality produce.
Our breakfast menu is served from 9.00am until 11.30am with some optional all day dishes.
Our lunch menu featuring local favourites, toasties, ciabatta sandwiches and salads run from 11.30am to 4.30pm.
Our a la carte evening menu is available form 5.30pm until 9.00pm.

Allergies & Dietary Information at Bertram's
We are able to make accommodations for certain common dietary restrictions with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Please notify us in advance of your visit if there are any dietary allergies or intolerances – we can then advise you on the best course of action.
We do our best to accommodate mild allergies but cannot guarantee that we work in a seafood, nut, dairy, gluten or allergen-free environment given the complexity of our kitchens and menus.
We would recommend bringing any prescribed medication with you to avoid any potential discomfort.
